The Goal
This customer brought his 2024 Polaris RZR Pro R Troy Lee Designs Edition into the shop for one job: get a set of Baja Designs LP4 lights installed and wired right. Simple build, done clean.
Baja Designs LP4 Install
We installed a set of Baja Designs LP4 lights on the Pro R. The LP4 is a compact pod that adds a lot of usable light without taking over the front of the car.
Custom Harness with Deutsch Connectors
Instead of a universal wiring kit, we built a custom harness to run the LP4s, terminated with Deutsch connectors. The harness was made to spec for this car, so there's no leftover slack coiled up and zip-tied behind a panel.

Lights are usually the first accessory, not the last. When you start running more accessories, we always recommend a second battery with an isolator: one battery stays dedicated to starting the vehicle, and the second runs everything else.
