2025 Polaris RZR Pro XP Build: PCI Kenwood Radio, Short Polaris Pro Console & Baja Designs XL80 Lighting
The Goal
Daniel brought his 2025 Polaris RZR Pro XP to the shop wanting the full package: PCI comms, Switch-Pros control, lighting inside and out, Starlink and a pumper. The catch was that all of it had to go in clean, with nothing cluttering the cab and everything easy to get to for service.

Short Polaris Pro Console: PCI Kenwood and Switch-Pros, Front and Center
The cockpit is where this build comes together. We installed a PCI Race Radios Kenwood setup, complete with the intercom, along with the Switch-Pros 9100 panel on our Short Polaris Pro Console. Radio, intercom and switches sit front and center, right where the driver and passenger can reach them, and the dash still looks clean.

Switch-Pros 9100 Command Center Under the Seat
Like every Switch-Pros install we do, the brain went under the seat, where it's tucked away and easy to reach for service. This time we took it a step further with a command center mount, so everything under there is organized in one clean spot.

Custom Harnesses on Every Accessory
Every accessory on this car runs on custom wire harnesses we built in-house. Each one is made for this car and routed clean, so there's no universal-kit wiring coiled up behind the panels.

Baja Designs XL80 Sports on the A-Pillars
For lighting up front, we installed Baja Designs XL80 Sports on the A-pillars, mounted on Chupacabra Offroad mirrors. The mirrors do double duty, holding the lights right where the driver needs them.

Custom Dome Light Mount for the Factory Roof
This car runs the factory roof, so we made a custom mount to fit Baja Designs dome lights to it. The interior stays nice and bright, and the lights look like they belong there.

Starlink, Hardwired and Always On
We installed Starlink on a Savage UTV mount and hardwired it to the battery, so Daniel stays connected at all times, whether he's at camp or out on the trail.

Pumper Tucked Behind the Driver Seat
The pumper sits on our mount right behind the driver seat, nice and tucked away. We used our hose mounts to keep the hoses out of the way while staying easy to grab.
Staying Connected Without a Dead Battery
Starlink that's always on, plus a radio, lights and a pumper, all add up. When you're running accessories, we always recommend a second battery with an isolator: one battery stays dedicated to starting the car, and the second runs everything else.
